Office Manager

A growing Retail brand based in Nottingham are seeking an Office Manager to join their team.
This role will be reporting in to the MD of the c company and managing 8 members of the team.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently. You must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people. The team you will be managing will be heavily involved in the finance accounts so must have a good understanding of accounts

What We Want You To Do:
Oversee and manage all front desk activities (greeting visitors, managing schedules, coordinating meeting space, manage incoming and outgoing mail, etc.)
Serve as the point person for all office staff as well as the building..
Partner with HR to coordinate smooth new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and help maintain office policies as necessary.
Act pro actively, take initiative and bring fresh ideas to improve office operations and procedures.
Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and partner with finance on any billing issues.
Assist in ad hoc administrative tasks as assigned
