Macildowie have paired with a well established telecommunication organisation who are now looking to appoint an experienced Operations Manager.
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that all of the customer's installations run smoothly without issue and are coordinated fully between all the functions of the business.
As a successful Operations Manager, you will be responsible for three digital/mobile experts, Project Manager/Logistics Manager and the Customer Services Team Manager. In total, there will be 3 direct and 18 indirect reports.
Dealing with escalated customer complaints through to resolution
Managing the full co-ordination of installations with the Sales management teams
Involving and continually communicating with other key stakeholders in the business where issues arise and customer solutions need to be found
Considering new and more streamlined ways of providing customer solutions
Ultimate responsibility for the delivery of all Operational projects
Close liaison with the Operations Director and Commercial Sales Manager to keep them informed of progress in all areas
My client is looking for a strong people manager with expertise in procedure, escalation, process management, training skills, project management, telecoms background, and a great communicator.
If you can demonstrate all of the above, the salary will be in the region of £40,000-£50,000 plus benefits.
