Macildowie have paired with a rapidly growing independent organisation as they are now looking to appoint an Operations Manager to improve existing processes as well as introduce strategic planning.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the management of around 60 staff, the introduction of KPI's, enhancing the capability of the business to coach, developing, appraisal and review those staff.
This is a core role to the business as you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and reviewing workloads, whilst ensuring targets are achieved in a cost effective way.
You will also be accountable for management of audits and inspection from third parties including regulators, government agencies and customers.
You will operate within the company quality management framework, which is ISO 13485 compliant.
To be considered for the role, you must be able to demonstrate previous production planning and effective people management experience.
Ideally, you will come from a regulated operations environment.
