You will be expected to work hard and integrate with other team members. You will need to work alongside the field sales representatives to schedule appointments and win business directly. You will need to have an independent attitude, manage your own daily structure and work flow to hit target. You should also recognise the difference your work is making to this growing company and feel a sense of ownership.
As well as a basic salary, there is a quarterly bonus structure, generous pension scheme and other employee benefits. Providing you put the work in (hard effort and contribution daily) you will be recognised and opportunities will arise for progression.
