Macildowie are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator working for a business based in Wigston. This is an important customer facing role within the International Division of the group. The main objective in this position is to deal with queries, orders and sourcing of products for our International branches.
This is a full time permanent position.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability build relationships with customers and within the International branches at management level
Ability to think proactively in sourcing product from both internal and external suppliers
Manage the entire quotation process from enquiry to order
Progressing quotations with your customer base
General administration duties
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Ability to prioritise your responsibilities
Have a positive can do attitude
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
A confident manner and the ability communicate at all levels within the business and externally with customers and suppliers
I.T Skills (especially Word, Excel and the ability to understand the wider)
Attention to detail
There is room for progression in this role in other exporting functions including sales and shipping.
