PA - Permanent contract Northampton NN4 Hybrid working - Salary up to £35,000

Macildowie are currently supporting our well known client to help them to find an experienced and ambitious PA, to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a well experienced and confident individual to join a fantastic business.

This role will see you supporting the Managing Director & regional director .They are ideally looking for a candidate who has a wealth of experience within a PA or EA position and ready to have a long standing career with a well-established company


  • Work closely with the Regional Managing Director and Managing Director to ensure that tasks, such as, reports, incoming post and correspondence, management of diary/meetings schedule and email are dealt with efficiently
  • Supervise Departmental PA's/Secretaries and Receptionists
  • Manage arrangements for meetings, refreshments, travel, social events
  • Office maintenance - office cleaners and window cleaners, ensuring offices and other areas are clean/tidy, general office environment
  • Writing letters, memos, Board Reports, schedules, etc., follow up and collate responses if required
  • Liaise with internal customers to ensure a smooth flow of information and work between departments and with Head Office
  • Perform general office administration tasks as and when required to meet the needs of the Division - e.g. filing, photocopying, dealing with telephone calls
  • Provide other appropriate ad hoc duties, and administrative support for other departments, as and when required.


  • Experience of working in a PA/EA role previously
  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Office programs and a good standard of written English.
  • Ability to generate professional correspondence unaided
  • Self-disciplined, with demonstrably good time management skills and the ability to manage a number of priorities
  • Ability to multi-task, and work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Team player, supportive of colleagues
  • Professional and pleasant manner in dealing with internal and external customers
  • Excellent telephone skills.
