Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently looking for PA to work for a well established business in the Coalville area supporting the CEO of the business.

This position could be full time or part time and is a permanent position.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Diary Management for the CEO

Collate monthly management reports and distribute to Board Members

Attend Board meetings, quarterly re-forecast meetings taking minutes, transcribing and distributing as required

Attend MRC meetings as directed taking minutes or notes as requested

Take dictation of letters, memos, emails and distribute accordingly

Make bookings for travel and hotel requirements as required

Book meeting rooms for visitors and arrange appropriate refreshments

Prepare a weekly diary for the Board and distribute accordingly

Monitor CEO's inbox in their absence

Answer incoming calls and direct accordingly

Occasional travel to attend off site meetings

Any other associated admin tasks

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

In order to be considered for this position you must have previous PA experience at a senior level, have strong minute taking experience, be able to work well under pressure, be highly organised, have minute taking experience, be IT literate and have an excellent telephone manner.
