Part-Time FP&A Manager - 2/3 Days In The Office - Occasionally working from home.

Are you a Qualified Accountant with experience of working in a commercial /analytical /planning role and supported and influenced wider business decision making?
I am exclusively working with a reputable SME business that have been experiencing a period of growth and looking to recruit a newly created Part Time FP&A Manager, reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller.
You will be working with various functions and undertaking detailed analysis of business metrics to understand main drivers of performance and forecasts.
The role offers part time flexibility and the possibility to work from home one day a week. This will allow you to produce scenario based analysis and modelling to discuss during performance updates with different departmental managers; Sales, Marketing and Supply Chain (occasionally via Video Conference).
Whilst identifying opportunities and risks from performance reviews, you will be able to assess the implication on financial forecasts based on sales volumes, margins and revenue.
You will be focusing on business performance management and reporting will include reviewing actual performance against targets and business initiatives in order to help analyse main performance drivers and to support performance management discussions.
On a quarterly basis you will review Capex and Business Cases and ensure they reflect business strategy and providing recommendation for endorsement.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
You will be highly numerate with a proven ability in financial and non-financial analytical problem solving.
You must be a strong communicator with business partnering skills; able to deal with stakeholders at multiple levels within the business and able to present information in a clear compelling way to non-financial as well as finance audiences.
Based on the level of flexibility, you will be a reliable individual and be required to use your initiative to manage your time and work load.
