Part Time HR Administrator
Up to £24,000p.a. (pro rata) depending on experience as a FTE
Monday - Friday 9.30am - 2.30pm
Macildowie HR have the pleasure of working with a growing, luxury retail SME employing around 100 people across London and the Midlands and although their offices are 'local' they sell online across the world!!
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who really wants to make a position their own; this is a new position brought in due to a period of growth for the company and will be based out of their offices in north Leicester, reporting into a HR professional based off site. This role is based from the offices at all times due to the company wanting HR to have an open door policy and the necessity to cover rotating shift patterns and therefore there will not be scope to work from home.
Day to day you will liaise with all areas of personnel including warehouse, retail and contact centre employees and be their first point of contact for any low level HR queries. You will also be required to draft and send out any contracts and offer letters, do reference requests and ensure HR compliance at all times. This role is also a brilliant development step where you will gain exposure to ER cases by sitting in and minute taking during any meetings. Finally, you will update the HR system with any starter and leavers, manage absence, and run relevant reports and generally assist in any HR capacity possible.
The company are constantly looking to better themselves and therefore are working on a recruitment and growth project for the contact centre. This position will be the first filter for the ongoing recruitment campaign and therefore responsible for any administration support to that process.
This role is a part time position therefore the hours are Monday to Friday, 9.30am until 2.30pm.
