Macildowie Recruitment is extremely pleased to be working exclusively with a great business on a newly created Senior HR Advisor role. The role will cover many aspects of generalist HR as well as having involvement with key projects. The role will be based in Nottingham on an interim and part time basis, paying up to £35,000.
In this busy, generalist role you will be the first point of contact for managers throughout the organisation. You will be advising on a number of ER and HR issues including disciplinary and grievance as well as sickness absence and performance and up skilling managers on various issues. You will be using management information to identify ER trends within the organisation which could result in writing reports to reflect the information. You will work within the wider HR team taking responsibility for various adhoc projects which could include managing absence and performance statistics.
The successful candidate will have a professional HR qualification, experience in a similar role, sound employment law knowledge and a solid track record of continuous improvement. The person will be able to interpret HR policies accurately, communicate effectively at all levels and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. Finally, the person should be a role model for business values and will be a customer focused HR solutions provider.
