I am currently looking for someone with experience in Purchase Ledger for a role based in Wellingborough. The business have extremely loyal employees which just shows what a great company they are!

The role is working Monday - Thursday (8am - 4.45pm) and is paying £18,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will be responsible for their part of the P/L function, and should be able to work independently with good time management skills to deliver work in timely fashion for other members of staff.

Duties include:

  • Purchase Invoice processing
  • Query resolution, both internal and external, to enable invoices to be posted
  • Monthly payment run
  • Debit note processing and reconciliation
  • Adhoc & foreign payment reconciliation
  • Statement reconciliation
  • Opening accounts
  • Supplier queries
  • Goods received not invoiced reconciliation
  • General filing & record maintenance
  • Pro-formas
  • Liaising with other departments eg stores/purchasing.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have strong Purchase Ledger understanding as well as being a team player. You will need to be a hard worker with a proactive attitude.
