Job Description

Macildowie are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading employer who is looking to recruit a Recruitment Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an amazing team; you will be working closely with the HR Business Partners and Head of HR, driving the recruitment and talent agenda across the business. This is initially an interim role for 8 months and on a part time basis, there is flexibility around the working hours.

In the role you will deliver a proactive resourcing service, utilising the best approaches to market the organisation in order to attract the right candidates. You will manage the direct recruitment strategy through the company website, social media, headhunting, referrals and external adverts. As the recruitment lead for the business you will liaise with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure authorisation process, job and person specifications are in line with the company's competency framework. As well as providing consultancy advice in relation to all aspects of recruitment and selection, including the facilitation of assessment centres. Collaborative working with the Head of HR will be required to identify and forecast vacancy requirements, translating these into recruitment plans.

You will use you coaching skills to advise hiring managers on key resource issues and associated requirements to meet current and future legislative and organisational challenges, as well as facilitating shared responsibility for the recruitment of people and ensuring that HR matters are effectively dealt with.

Guidance will be given to managers, enabling optimised utilisation and deployment of resources across the organisation including monitoring of the various categories of temporary employees. As well as proactively reviewing the organisation structures in each department and the business as a whole; making suggestions of structural design and not just advise backfill of roles on a like for like basis.

Experience Sought in the Successful Candidate:
HR/Resourcing experience gained in a busy and fast paced environment. You will have an effective and successful HR/Resourcing professional with extensive experience working within a medium to large organisation. Client focused with strong relationship management and influencing skills and a demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with the business.
