Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Macildowie are currently recruiting for a payroll administrator based in Leicester City Centre. Our client is looking for an experienced payroll administrator to work in their fast-paced office, where you will be responsible for working on high volume payroll admin and dealing with some customer service queries.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Timesheet entry
  • Answering complex queries from employees when escalated through from the customer service team
  • Ensure all changes are recorded accurately in the payroll system
  • Process SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP in accordance to legislation
  • Produce payslips, P45's and monthly reports and distribute accordingly
  • Administer all benefits and salary sacrifice schemes in relation to payroll
  • Produce pension payment submissions and deal with 3rd party pension queries
  • Ensure all third party payments are paid in accordance with regulatory and internal timescales

EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
