Job Description


An exciting opportunity for a candidate with Payroll experience to join a well-known business, that has just undergone some great changes. The payroll administrator will join a small team and vibrant team. The successful candidate needs to be able to cope in a fast paced environment and have the ability to work to tight deadlines.


  • Processing all payroll data for the allocated payroll within the agreed timescales
  • Input permanent and temporary payroll data onto the company payroll system using a variety of methods
  • Respond to complex payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Produce various post payroll reports from the company payroll system
  • Responsible for emailing and printing of payslips, P45s and P60s
  • Calculate of statutory payments as per the HMRC guidelines


  • Previous payroll experience
  • Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
