Macildowie is proud to be working with an innovative Security business seeking a hard-working Payroll Administrator to join their finance team on a Part Time temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave 22.5 Hours per week.
Based in South Nottinghamshire, you will be responsible in supporting the Payroll team to support the Payroll department to ensure the efficient and effective payment of all weekly and monthly paid staff.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that truly looks after their employees and who consistently look to improve employee experiences. Reporting into the Payroll Manager, you'll be responsible for paying all staff, processing all aspects of payroll including new starters, leavers and sickness, you'll be responsible for a number of branches within the business, dealing with incoming queries from staff and managers by phone or email.
It is preferred that you have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years, ideally within Payroll including tax, national insurance and sickness. You will have excellent IT skills and a high level of accuracy and excellent communication experience and have the ability to work as part of a team.
