Job Description


This is a great opportunity for an experienced Payroll candidate that is looking to further their knowledge. This role will report into the Payroll Manager. The main purpose of this role is to support the current team as they go through some change, you will need to handle payroll enquires, ensure data integrity around annual leave entitlements, and generally support the business in terms of ensuring that ultimately employees are paid correctly


  • Ensuring all candidates are receiving the correct pay and entitlements
  • Holiday entitlement reconciliations
  • Pay rate and pay grade amendments and handling pay enquiries from employees.
  • Respond to complex payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Support the rest of the team
  • Any other adhoc duties


  • Previous payroll experience
  • Must be IT literate with understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Efficient and professional approach with the ability to multi-task
  • Possess strong communication, organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Able to work as an individual and as part of a team
