Macildowie is seeking an experienced all round Payroll Analyst to join a Payroll department based in Warwickshire on a 14 Month Contract.
Based in the Warwick Head Office you'll be working as part of a small team. The Payroll Analyst will be reporting into the Payroll Manager and undertaking a variety of Payroll Administrative duties.

THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
To process the monthly/weekly payrolls, inputting data, and updating the records on the payroll system to produce accurately and timely payments to all.
Respond to enquiries from both employees and external bodies on payment related matters
To assist in the day to day maintenance of all pension scheme records.
To process and extract data from the Time & Attendance system to import to payroll.
To administer and process Statutory Payments for SMP, SPP, SAP,SHPP and SSP, as appropriate
To perform any other duties to meet operational and development needs.
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Previous experience within Payroll is essential
Strong planning and organising skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
