6 month Fixed Term Contract

Macildowie are working with a fantastic company in Dunstable to find a strong Payroll Manager to hit the ground running, delivering end to end payroll and HR administration services to the business against KPIs.
For the next 6 months you can be working for a well respected company, adding value to your CV as you provide day to day management of administration. payroll, accounting and support activity.
A strong use of Microsoft packages, particularly excel and power point will be necessary for this role, along with analytical rigour as you will be involved in all areas of payroll accounting, including general ledger and reconciliations. Providing information in a clear and engaging way where necessary.
The right personality for this role will be someone with strong management skills who is able to liase and influence at all levels, challenging where appropriate and maintaining a professional relationship.
It is a requirement of this role that you have previous experience in a similar role to hit the ground running and make the most of the contract. Ideally you will have an AAT or CIPP qualification, working in a similar role.
