Job Description

Macildowie are actively recruiting for a Payroll Officer for a brilliant company based in Huthwaite, Nottingham.

Full time and permanent role, great opportunity for an experienced pay roller to make the role their own and have the autonomy you need as you will be overseeing the payroll for the company.

Working hours are flexible, generally the office is 9am - 5pm but happy to flex on hours to meet personal needs / requirements.

Salary is between £23,000 - £25,000 but willing to negotiate for the right candidate.

Key skills required:

- Itrent payroll system experience

- At least 2 years payroll experience

- Familiar with weekly and monthly payrolls

- Worked with time and attendance before - clocking in / out

- Worked in a stand alone role or had own clients that you looked after individually

- A detailed knowledge of payroll systems, taxation, national insurance and pensions administration

Responsible for processing the Company's weekly payroll in a timely and accurate manner, creating and maintaining employee's payroll records. Processing of wages and applicable deductions based on employee attendance and earnings records. Entering payroll information into an external system for processing and checking payroll reports generated.
