Good, I am currently working on a brilliant People Partner/HR Management position working for a midlands based SME. This commercial and fast paced client are looking for someone to come in on a permanent basis and support their headcount of just under 100 with everything and anything HR related. This role is based between two sites, one in Rugby and one in Luton, you must be happy to travel between both locations as and when needed.
Keeping on top of the general day to day support you will be able to look at the current function, do a needs analysis and develop and implement any projects you feel will add value. You can really make this one your own! You will work in partnership with the other People Partner based on of their Leicester head office and work as a team to ensure the function is fit for purpose.
Reporting to the MD you will need to bring fresh ideas, be process driven and able to turn your hand to anything HR related - a true generalist.
