Job Description

A fantastic opportunity for a Facilities Service Buyer to join a Global metal manufacturing company.
Our client has an opening for a Buyer to join their busy European Procurement Team in Lincolnshire.

The Role

Your role will be to lead the strategic sourcing and procurement for facilities, I&E maintenance, indirect and Lease for the Lincolnshire site.

Other Responsibilities include:

Procuring the IT & Facilities required for their Europe offices and warehouse, as with buyers to optimise cost within their areas
You'll need to make sure procurement is in compliance with the Site's quality, health & Safety and environmental standards
Developing and implementing continuous improvement programs in nominate d commodity areas
Lead analysis of and evaluation of bids to determine optimum value

Ideal Candidate

You will have:

A Degree
Professional Procurement accreditation (CIPS)
Experience in a Procurement role and looking to develop your career
Proven negotiation experience
And will experience developing and implementing contracts as well as managing the performance of such contracts on an ongoing basis
Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous

c£30,000 dependant on experience
