Location: Burton
Salary: Up to £30,000 (with a 10% annual bonus based on KPIs)
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible working (1-2 days from home after probation)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Supply Chain Planner to enhance our client's supply chain team. This role involves gathering and interpreting supply chain data, overseeing inventory, handling order processing, and monitoring shipments. The perfect candidate will excel in data analysis and problem-solving.
Key Duties:
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to assess supply chain performance.
- Provide recommendations based on data insights to boost supply chain efficiency.
- Gather and interpret supply chain data from diverse sources, including ERP systems, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Analyse data trends to support strategic business decisions.
- Handle order processing and oversee shipment tracking to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse inventory levels and initiate replenishment orders with suppliers as needed.
- Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
- Liaise with customers and suppliers regarding order updates and address any arising issues.
- Ensure the accuracy and security of supply chain data.
- Offer team support during holidays or absences as necessary.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
- 1-2 years of experience in supply chain data analysis or data analyst roles.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving acumen.
- Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
