The role is to support the efficient running of the Pricing department, overseeing a small team to ensure that tasks are carried out within agreed timescales, monitoring progress and providing support where needed.
- Work closely with Leadership Team to deliver an effective service
- Take ownership of department workflow and communicate to key stakeholders
- Ensure that team meets all goals and expectations
- Producing daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Training, coaching, and guidance
- Dealing with escalated queries
- Ensuring compliance at all times
- Staff performance evaluations and assessments
- Motivating the team to exceed expectations
- Improving procedures where needed
The successful candidate will have previous experience of leading and motivating a team to achieve great results. You will also possess excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel, with a high degree of numeracy and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, are an absolute must for this role.
