Due to internal promotion, my client has a fantastic opportunity available in their fast paced purchase ledger team. You will be working for a reputable company which provides a dynamic working environment, stability, progression opportunities, modern offices, and free parking. Ideally you will have previous experience in a ledger position, however, full training will be provided.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Matching, batching, and coding supplier invoices
Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and investigating any discrepancies
Resolving supplier queries
Setting up new suppliers onto the system
Assisting other members of the team as and when required
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Strong IT Skills in Word, Excel and Email
Capable of working to own initiative
Excellent communication and inter personal skills
Proven ability to work to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent time management and ability to organise own workload
