TEMPORARY Purchase Ledger Clerk, £18,563 p/a, Lincoln.
Macildowie is proud to be working with an innovative, progressive and market leading business seeking a hard-working, fun-loving Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their expanding team in Lincoln on a Temporary basis for 6 months.
Based in Lincoln you'll be working to provide financial support to the finance team.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a business that truly looks after their employees and who consistently look to improve employee experiences. Reporting into the Finance Manager you will efficiently, timely and accurately raise purchase orders, processing of Purchase requisitions, goods receipts and monitoring budget availability, checking and reviewing purchase requisitions details and supplier data, processing invoice matching to PO's as appropriate, reconciling supplier statements and balance sheet accounts as required.
It is preferred that you have worked in a similar role, ideally with 2 years experience in a large finance office, understanding of basic costing principles, excellent communication and interpersonal, self discipline with a positive attitude. You will be educated to a minimum of GCSE Grade C in math's and English and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products specifically Excel. You will be AAT qualified or working towards.
