A Derbyshire based manufacturer is recruiting a Quality Manager to join their Supply Chain division.
Reporting to the Group Manager your core responsibility will be to ensure the continued improvement in the reliability of products entering the Supply Chain.
More specifically, you will manage external suppliers from a quality perspective on all materials, drive the supplier agenda to deliver quality improvements, participate in regular quality review meetings with key suppliers and monitor KPI's in pursuit of zero defects and manage and standardise quality processes across multiple sites to ensure there is a uniform way of working.
To be successful, you will have a proven track record as a Quality Manager in an FMCG manufacturing environment. You will be Lead Assessor qualified and have the ability to conduct external audits.
You will need to demonstrate excellent stake holder management skills and have strong commercial acumen.
