Our client, based in Grantham, provides a high-end, bespoke product to its prestigious customer base, and they are currently seeking a receptionist to provide their clients with an excellent customer experience, whether they are in the office or on the telephone. This is a temporary requirement for a period of 2 - 4 weeks, and the successful candidate will have first-class presentation and ability with customers.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Meeting and greeting customers
Providing a warm, efficient service on the telephone
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Handling deliveries into the business
Ad-hoc administration as required
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
Reception / Front of house experience would be highly advantageous
Great communication skills
A friendly, adaptable person who is keen to learn
