Job Description

THE OPPORTUNITY:

Our client, based in Grantham, provides a high-end product to its prestigious customer base, and they are currently seeking a receptionist to provide their clients with an excellent customer experience, whether they are in the office or on the telephone. This is a permanent opportunity, and the successful candidate will have first-class presentation and ability with customers.


THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Meeting and greeting customers
Providing a warm, efficient service on the telephone
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
Handling deliveries into the business
Ad-hoc administration as required


EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:


Reception / Front of house experience would be highly advantageous
Polished presentation
Great communication skills
A friendly, adaptable person who is keen to learn
