Macildowie are currently looking for a full time Receptionist and Administrator working for a business based in Leicester City Centre
This is a permanent position working Monday - Friday 0845am - 515pm
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answer all incoming calls and direct to the relevant department
Meet and greet visitors
Deal with any incoming/outgoing post which includes use of the franking machine
Answer emails and queries when required
Providing administration support to the HR team
Issue new starters with ID badges
Booking meeting rooms
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
In order to be consider for this position you must have a professional manner and have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. It is essential that you have strong administration skills and would be desirable that you also have reception experience
