Macildowie are currently looking for a Receptionist and Administrator working for a business based in Lutterworth.
This is a permanent full time position and working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday.
THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering the telephones and putting the calls through to the relevant departments
Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
General administration duties
Ordering all of the depots stationary
Arranging some travel
EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:
You must have previous administration and reception experience. You must have excellent communication skills and be confident using excel
