This opportunity is within one of the most successful retail companies that is experiencing growth. Working under your own initiative, you would be responsible for the full 360 recruitment process, for endend recruitment lifecycle, including advertising, pre-selection, competency based interviewing, assessments and background checking.
Recruiting all levels on Buying Merchandising and Design requirements within the business. Looking after an average of 20/25 vacancies per month this role will be an opportunity to use your strong recruitment and Stakeholder Management experience to improve the overall recruitment strategy and on-boarding process, whilst maximising the potential of future recruitment via full use of the recruitment management system.
With 3-4 years recruitment experience within a dynamic and fast paced environment ideally within the retail sector, you would have previous experience with, Buying, Merchandising & Design recruitment. Being able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, and to bring a positive and forward thinking approach to challenges and building on current recruitment strategy for maximum success. You must have excellent communication skills, and the ability to build effective working relationships across all levels both internal and external. You will be able to operate with a high level of integrity, diplomacy, tact and professionalism, whilst being a proactive self-starter who is goal orientated, and having the ability to work without close supervision.
