Macildowie HR is looking for a confident and commercial Resourcing Advisor, specialising in Field Sales Recruitment, to support in end to end recruitment of a variety of Sales roles, including Regional Managers and Key Account Managers. You will have worked in a similar role in end to end recruitment and be used to working in a fast paced environment. Open to recruiters who have worked recruiting Sales within an in-house or agency position. The role is based Warwickshire and paying between £28,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience, and is an excellent opportunity within a genuinely open, supportive and collaborative Blue Chip business based in Warwickshire.
As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for partnering the head office side to support line managers with a variety of sales recruitment and selection activities across that business group. You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection of a range of external sales roles, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution.
There is huge scope for stakeholder management and so excellent communication skills, in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business, are vital.
You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) , headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure pipelines of strong candidates are readily available.
The team is fairly new, vibrant and excited at the extensive career opportunities on offer. Working with the resourcing team there is the opportunity to get involved in Recruitment projects and really contribute to what the team and processes will look like in the future
Previous experience working within a similar, Field Sales Recruitment role, either in-house or in a Recruitment Agency

Have excellent organisation skills and will have the ability to influence and coach line managers across the business
