Macildowie HR are working with a global engineering business who have a base in Leicester. They are looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join them for a period of 3-6 months to help with an abundance of roles. You'll be working in a small but tight knit team to sharpen your recruitment skills and get involved with niche roles. This role is due to start ASAP and offering £24,000-£28,000 pro rata.

Working alongside the Recruitment Manager you will manage the end to end recruitment process effectively from briefing session with hiring manager to candidate offer whilst directly sourcing candidates internally and externally with an emphasis on the use of proactive search tools such as social media channels, referrals and CV databases
Ensuring all active vacancies have effective recruitment plans in place will also fall within your remit, to ensure that all roles have clear responsibilities and agreed delivery timelines.
Management of the entire recruitment process, ensuring correct process is followed- and making sure all new hires go through same process, this really is paramount so experience of managing end to end recruitment is crucial.
Another aspect of the role will be to support Line Managers with the recruitment process, including organising and supporting interviews, attending final interviews and where necessary organising and administering technical/business assessment.
Ensuring smooth transition from ending of recruiting process to the on-boarding process will be a factor in the role also whilst ensuring documentation/data/information and tasks relevant to the recruitment process are planned, evaluated and processed in accordance with local business requirements and agreed deadlines
Working alongside the HR and Recruitment team, you will need to ensure continued improvement of processes and talent channels to position the organisation at the forefront of new processes and recruitment tools.
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience within an In House Recruitment environment as an established and successful recruiter, this is vital as although working within a successful team you will be expected to hit the ground running.
You must be skilled in managing the end to end recruitment process and have extensive experience of recruiting proactively, using a variety of methods including social media channels such as LinkedIn
Experience in interacting with colleagues at all levels providing technical and commercial advice and support in relation to external media to effective recruitment activities including external agencies
A proactive and self-motivated candidate with the ability to successfully manage workload in a stand-alone role will really suit this position.
Taleo experience is highly desirable but not essential as long as you have experience with similar systems.
