Macildowie HR are working with a well known employer of choice in Leicester who are looking for an experience Recruitment Advisor to join their expanding team. This organisation is a market leader and offers fantastic career development for the right person. You will have Recruitment experience either in-house and/or from a Recruitment Agency. Looking to pay between £25,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience plus other benefits.
You will be responsible in supporting line manager with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across that business group.
You will work with middle to senior management to coach and advise employees on recruitment processes and policies
Pro-actively analyse recruitment needs and skills gaps within the business.
Be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database and via LinkedIn through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process.
Be actively involved in interviews with managers less capable and will design and deliver training courses to up-skill management with interview questions and assessment centres etc.
Will also work closely with the wider Recruitment team to continually review assessment centres and ensure they are fit for purpose.
You will get the opportunity to work on a range of other projects also including managing recruitment statistics such as direct hire and time per hire results through to ensuring a positive candidate experience for all prospective employees.
Previous experience of working within a similar role and ideally have exposure of working on a high volume of vacancies as well as specialist recruitment either in-house or in a Recruitment Agency.
