A well known market leading organisation are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who wants to step up to the next level to support the International Recruitment Manager (based on site with you) in a wider HR team in a head office role. Looking for someone with end to end recruitment experience working in a fast paced role. The role is based Northamptonshire and paying up to £32,000 depending on experience
As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for partnering the head office side of the organisation to support line managers with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across that business group. You will lead and deliver in the attraction and selection of a range of head office and store roles, ensuring the right heads are in place at the right time and the right costs to deliver a fully rounded recruitment solution. You will ensure you build strong relationships with key stakeholders across different sites, working at times independently and jumping in whilst the International Recruitment Manager is off-site or on annual leave.
You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle including designing and advertising roles, sourcing candidates through the company database, via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter etc) , headhunting, referrals and external adverts - through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a pipeline of strong candidates are readily available.
Working with the Internal Recruitment Manager, you will continuously strive to identify ways of improving the recruitment journey, customer experience and employee band. This role will also give you an opportunity to get involved in Recruitment projects.
You will have previous experience of working within a similar in either an in-house or agency based role. You will have experience of working on both high volume and specialist roles and ready to take on the next step to work directly with the International Recruitment Manager in a wider HR Team to become their 'Number 2'. You will have excellent communication and influential skills in order to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
