A well known leading organisation are looking for an experienced Recruitment Advisor who wants to step up to the next level to support the wider business. Looking for someone who has had previous experience with the full recruitment process. The role is based Northamptonshire and paying up to £23,000 depending on experience.
As the Recruitment Advisor you will be responsible for supporting line managers with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across that business. You will support the management of recruitment campaigns and ensure you build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will be proactive in sourcing candidates using various methods such as job boards, LinkedIn and the current in house database.
You will be responsible for the full end to end recruitment life cycle through to managing the interview, assessment and selection process. It is vital you build and manage talent pipelines to ensure a pipeline of strong candidates is readily available. You will also be responsible for liaising with agencies should you need additional support with particular roles.
You will have previous experience of working within a similar in either an in-house or agency based role. You must be able to build strong relationships with all employees in order to understand what they are looking for within their teams. You will have a professional manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
