Job Description

Macildowie HR are working with a well known business in Derby in the search of a Recruitment Assistant for c6 months. They have an urgent need for someone to join their team to undertake many aspects of the screening and interview process for candidates. Offering £9-£10 per hour.

In this role you will provide administrative support to the Recruitment Manager, ensuring live roles are advertised, assessment centres run smoothly and candidates are supported effectively.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that Line Managers are adhering to the recruitment policy, process and employment legislation and collecting all relevant data and 'Right to Work' documents are updated on the ATS.
Sending out contracts and offer letters, conducting reference checks and arranging interviews will also be a part of your role, as well as being the first point of contact for all queries, internally and externally.

You will ideally have experience within a fast paced environment as well as passion and drive to continue to provide the business with the best talent so it can go on and grow! Agency or in-house experience essential as there isn't a great deal of time to support with training, ideally the business are after someone who can hit the ground running an get to work immediately.
