We are working with a forward thinking, well known Retail Company in Derbyshire who are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced recruitment assistant who is keen to join their professional team. Our client is a market leader and there is great career progression for the right person.
You will be supporting the line manager with a range of tasks such as recruitment and selection.
You will work pro-actively to analyse the recruitment needs and identify skill gaps within the business.
You will aid in compliance document administration, ensuring all compliance documentation is kept up to date and take references where required
You will be the first port of call for all general queries and be responsible for replying to e-mails and taking messages
You will have the responsibility for advertising new roles, sourcing candidates using the company database for interview and aiding in the interview process
You will have the opportunity to aid the whole recruitment team to support the sourcing and sifting of candidates
You will have previous experience in a high volume recruitment environment. You will have great time management and organisational skills with sound knowledge of Microsoft Office. This role will suit someone who thrives off working pro-actively and who enjoys new daily challenges. You will be a great team player as well as having the ability to work autonomously on some tasks.
