Macildowie HR are working with a well known, forward thinking retailer in Derbyshire who are looking for an experienced Recruitment Assistant to join their professional team. This organisation is a market leader and offers fantastic career development for the right person. You will have recruitment experience either internal or in a recruitment agency.
In this role:
You will be supporting line managers with a variety of recruitment and selection activities across the business group
You will pro-actively analyse recruitment needs and skills gaps within the business
You will be advertising roles, sourcing candidates through a number of avenues and managing the interview and selection process.
You will work closely with the wider recruitment team to support with sorting and sifting
You will get the opportunity to work on a range of other projects also including managing recruitment statistics.
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience of working within a similar role and ideally have exposure of working on a high volume of vacancies.
Be pro-active and a keen team player
Have excellent organisation skills and the ability to build relationships
Enjoy and have experience of working on different social media platforms to raise the brand and roles.
