Macildowie HR are excited to be recruiting for the following position:

Job Title: Resourcing Coordinator
Location: Luton
Salary: £20,000 - £25,000
Working hours: 35 hours per week

Role overview:

The Resourcing Coordinator will be responsible for the day to day administration of the Resourcing Team, this will be a busy and varied role that will required the successful candidate to have a keen eye for detail, be highly motivate and organised.


The Resourcing Coordinator will be the first point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers so a high focus on excellent customer service is essential, you will also be working closely with the Head of Resourcing in the creation of Management Information so previous experience of using excel is essential.

What you'll be doing:

  • Responding to queries via phone or email
  • Compiling weekly MI reports and Trackers
  • Processing all Recruitment Invoices
  • Working with Finance when setting up suppliers/ checking on payment details
  • Supporting in the approval of temp timesheets
  • Keeping up to date and accurate records
  • Drive and reinforce effective use of the shared service model

Knowledge, Skills, Experience desired

  • Previous experience of Resourcing Coordination, ideally from an in-house environment
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment - managing own workload
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • Solutions focussed, extremely positive attitude
  • Ability to deal confidently and tactfully with people in sensitive situations
  • Demonstrates confidence and resilience when dealing with challenge and overcoming obstacles within a
  • constantly changing working environment
  • Organised, methodical approach with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work on own initiative
  • Team player with a strong commitment to collaborative working within the HR team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, and manage conflicting deadlines and delegate effectively.
