Job Description

Macildowie HR are working with a well-known organisation based in Leicestershire to source a stand alone Recruitment Manager to work in a fast paced and autonomous role to lead on large scale recruitment campaigns and improve way of working. Looking for someone with end to end recruitment experience who's confident in sourcing, excellent at building relationships and with experienced in managing projects. The role is based from the Leicestershire office and paying £35,000 - £40,000 + benefits.

Reporting into the HR Director and working with HR and L&D you will source candidates through job boards, headhunting techniques, social media, advertising and through your own network. You will build candidate pipelines and support managers on on-boarding each person into the business ensuring they have a positive candidate experience throughout to ensure they settle into the business.

You will be confident in end to end recruitment and able to proactive source candidates. We are looking for a recruitment professional with excellent communication skills who is able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting managers Head Office and UK sites to build meaningful relationships. This is a fantastic opportunity to project manage whist suggesting new ways of working and having the autonomy to put in place your ideas to improve processes. There is also real scope to make this role your own with the support of the HR Director. This is a high profile role working with a growing team so it can open internal opportunities for you!
