A leading organisation with a Head Office in Rugby are looking for a Recruitment Manager to work closely with HR and lead on end to end recruitment of a broad range of roles at all levels. This is a brand new role as the company has gone through significant growth over the last few years and is set for a 35% increase again by 2018! Looking for someone with end to end recruitment experience who has worked on various projects and someone who is keen to take the Recruitment function to the next level. The role is based in Rugby or at home with frequent travel. Paying £35,000 - £43,000 + Car / Car Allowance £7,200 + 3%/6% Pension + Private Healthcare + other benefits.
Reporting into the HR Director and working closely with the HR team recruiting a range of roles all all levels from high volume to specialist engineering roles. You will be able to 'think outside the box' in order to recruit niche roles, using social media, headhunting, referrals and recruiting for personality/transferable skills for certain roles.
A key focus will be to pull together both agency and direct hire together. You will ensure your team are working closer with agencies whilst increasing direct hire when necessary. Working strategically with the HR D and HR BP you will use your experience in order to lead on varying projects such as partnering the Digital Director in order to look at website optimisation and career pages, using social media to recruit, supporting the implementation of the new recruitment platform which supports a more advanced 'Skype' interview, increasing direct hire and supporting HR with implementing home working to name a few (as well as many other projects to support the HR strategy).

You will be confident in end to end recruitment and able to proactive source candidates including niche roles. You will have excellent communication skills and able to build strong relationships with key stakeholder's in the business. You will have experience of managing and have proven experience leading projects.
