Macildowie HR are working exclusively on an exciting opportunity for a fantastic employer of choice based in Nottingham City Centre. They are looking for a Recruitment Project Specialist to join their team in a newly created role to manage the implementation and uptake of a new recruitment process. Initially they are looking for someone on a 4 month contract however there is the opportunity for this role to develop. This role will be on a part time basis, 3 days a week. They are looking to pay a full time equivalent of £30,000 - £40,000 depending on experience.
As the Recruitment Project Specialist you will be project managing the set up of a new recruitment structure on site, implementing and embedding the processes and procedures. You will utilise your excellent influencing and communication skills to support the business during this change. In addition to this you will also work to manage the recruitment relationship across the business including providing the benefits of the service and building rapport. You will also look to train and advise on systems related issues and will have the opportunity to get involved in talent, succession and upskilling line managers on interview processes.
To be successful you will have previous experience working within recruitment and have a good organisation skills with the ability to project manage. You will have excellent experience managing stakeholder relationships with the ability to influence and advise as well as the ability to change your coaching style dependant on the person.
