Macildowie are working with a leading business who are looking for a professional, motivated and ambitious individual to join them on a 6 month contract initially. This is a unique and exciting opportunity to work for a prominent brand as a Recruitment Specialist.
Within this role you will be responsible for coordinating and executing the regional recruitment plan. Acting as the first point of contact for recruitment, establishing a good pipeline by having a strong network, the ability to communicate proficiently and living the company values daily.
This is a field based role where high visibility is vital, the focus will be to engage with appropriate candidates and then conduct appropriate assessments to ensure only the best talent is interviewed by the management team.
Daily responsibilities will also include:
- Owning all recruitment for the West Yorkshire region
- Create a talent bank for the future, exploring new and untapped recruitment pools
- Working with the regional team to succession plan
- Proactively manage, communicate and deliver regional attraction events and recruitment days
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience where you can demonstrate effective attraction strategies, be confident and proactive. You will also have strong communication and influencing skills. Above all you must have an excellent work ethic and be able to work well within a team environment.
