As the resourcing lead you will be responsible for reducing the annual recruitment spend, promoting the brand across social media channels and managing the full recruitment cycle. This role would be a great step for someone who has experience of agency and in-house recruitment and is keen to work in partnership with a large business.
Duties and Responsibility:
Utilise direct sourcing techniques for all salaried roles in order to reduce annual recruitment spend
Manage social media accounts in order to attract and pipeline top talent
Attend Graduate Fairs to promote the brand and network with potential talent
Travel to their UK sites will be part of the role. Travel will only be when necessary and you will have the freedom to manage your own diary.
You will be responsible for using innovative ideas to attract the best talent for the business
Work closely with the HR Manager to plan the recruitment process and develop a competency based recruitment programme.
The Ideal Candidate:
Experience within in-house recruitment implementing a similar programme (preferred)
Able to build relationships effectively and manage expectations of line managers in an appropriate manor
Experience of managing the full recruitment process and proven direct sourcing success
Experience of managing social media accounts for the purpose of attracting top talent
You should have a proactive and organised nature
