Macildowie HR are recruiting for a business of choice in the Leicester area for a Recruitment Advisor. The organisation is a market leader and offers fantastic career development for the right person. You will have recruitment experience either in-house or agency. Looking to pay between £25,000-£30,000 plus benefits.
Working with the recruitment team, you will manage the process end-to-end, including designing and advertising opportunities, head-hunting, direct resourcing via the company's database and LinkedIn, and running assessment centres. It will be your job to coach and train employers within the business on the recruitment process and policies around this.
At any one time there will be up to 50 vacancies, nationwide and across the business group, for you to support senior management with. An interesting part of this role will be analysing the recruitment needs and identifying skill gaps; as well as this you will work with your team to review assessment centres and process to ensure they are the most effective and efficient.
The opportunity to be actively involved with the interview procedure by designing and delivering training to up-skill management is there, making this job stand-out.
You will get the opportunity to work on a range of other projects including managing recruitment statistics, such as direct hire and time per hire results, through to ensuring a positive candidate experience for all prospective employees.
Previous experience working within a similar role, ideally having exposure to a high volume of vacancies as well as specialist recruitment either in-house or agency.

Have excellent organisation skills and will have the ability to influence and coach line managers across the business.
