Job Title: Regional HR Advisor
Location: Cambridge (plus rest of the UK)
Industry (Public Sector/Healthcare)
Salary - £30,000 to £35,000
This exciting opportunity would be well suited to someone who thrives in a busy and challenging environment, someone who excels working off their own initiative and is experienced at working within the public sector/Healthcare industries.
In this generalist HR Advisor role you will be responsible for all escalated HR and ER issues across the business. You will work with the management and leadership teams to consult and advise on a number of topics and will specifically lead on a range of ER cases from disciplinary, grievance, absence management and performance management etc. Up-skilling and developing line managers is a key focus for the business moving forwards and so developing and delivering training material will be an important area of this role to up-skill line manager capability. You will also ensure that policies and procedures are up to date and new policies are produced and enforced when necessary. You will be required to review appraisals and ensure that training needs are met. Other responsibilities include administrative duties, maintaining and updating the HR database and monitoring absence.

Able to drive and have access to a car.
DBS certificate completed within the last 12 months would be desirable.
