You will be working in an autonomous regional role and you will have the chance to influence new policies and procedures
Be responsible for managing their complex ER cases
Take an active role in recruitment and succession planning
Offer consistent and seamless support to stakeholders whilst building strong and effective relationships
Coach line managers in the execution of HR Activities in an effective and engaging manor
Identify areas of focus for the business and develop and execute process and plans for improvements
The Ideal Candidate:
You should come from a generalist HR background with experience of managing complex ER cases as well as having a passion for working in partnership with a business on a global scale. A good working knowledge of database management and working autonomously would be highly beneficial. You will need to be confident in your HR knowledge as this is a chance to make a real individual impact in a business. This role will be fantastic for someone who has a genuine enthusiasm and an exceptional work ethic - an opportunity not to be missed.
