Macildowie HR are currently working on a really exciting (I know…we always say that, but this one seriously is!) HR Assistant role based in North Leicestershire. The client is a growing forward thinking retail company who are looking to expand their HR team permanently.
This is a brilliant opportunity, they need someone in their team who they can invest in and develop.
You will be responsible for low level ER cases, manage recruitment and over see any policy reviews and updates. No day will be the same and you will be expected to get stuck into everything, even supporting the office with general administration.
SO… what do we need from you?
We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and who has experience with note taking in ER cases so you understand the process and have had face to face contact with key stake. This is a generalist role with ad hoc travel (mainly local) so you MUST be happy with this element, therefore a driving license is mandatory for your application.
