A leading organisation based in Warwickshire who are going through an exciting journey and a period of organic growth are looking for a Regional Senior HR Business Partner to manage a small team to push forward the business in a day to day and project based role within their Construction division. Looking for a commercial and motivational HR Business Partner with some team management experience who is keen to progress as the current HR Director is looking to grow you into being their successor!
You will business partner 3 Regional Directors in your division and be an experienced HR generalist who can hit the ground running and is confident in partnering the business to deliver HR objectives aligned to the people strategy and business strategy. An exciting and varied opportunity for a an ambitious and determined HR professional who can manage a team, work on group wide projects and is happy to support multiple sites throughout the Midlands with some sites a little further afield.
The role is based in Warwickshire with some travel 1-2 day out at sites, 1-2 days in their Head Office and a work from home day. The role is paying £50,000 - £65,000 p.a (no car) + 15% bonus + excellent pensions and mileage paid per mile.
Reporting into the HR Director and working alongside another Regional Senior HR Business Partner, Head of HR and Head of Resourcing and you will use your fantastic communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders within their Construction division in an autonomous role. Key areas include employee relations (20%), talent & succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, resourcing, organisational development and change management all aligning to strategic objectives.
Being a role model for the business partnering team you will use your team management experience and your approachable personality to develop and lead small team in offering a true business partnering offer for key stakeholders. You will be motivated to get to know the business areas quickly; partnering business managers in order to provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR initiatives, always striving to deliver a team based high performance culture. You will be able to adapt your style as each site is at different stages, including one being a new acquisitions and a vibrant and dynamic workforce with huge growth opportunity, another focusing on the established group I.T function with investment opportunity, and others Â various sites that need day to day advice and support.
Key projects include: supporting with the new system implementation, leading on a cultural change programme, increasing apprenticeships and graduates, supporting recruitment with the employee value proposition and branding, reward & benefits.

You will be an experienced generalist HR Business Partner with some team management experience who can hit the ground running in a complex organisation that's going on an exciting journey. Ideally you will have experience in a blue collar environment. You will be a people person, a good listener, confident and have a friendly approach to be able to challenge, influence and push back in the right way in order to build credible relationships.
