A leading organisation based in Coventry who put their people first are going through an exciting journey are looking for a Regional HR Business Partner to join their team to push forward the business in a day to day and project based role within their Construction division. Looking for an experienced HR generalist who can hit the ground running and is confident in partnering the business to deliver HR objectives aligned to the People Strategy and Business Strategy. An exciting and dynamic opportunity for a proactive and confident HR professional who can support multiple sites throughout the Midlands with some sites a little further afield, working closely with senior stakeholders up to Managing Director level in a true partnership.

The role is based in Coventry with some travel 1-2 day out at sites, 1-2 days in their Head Office in Coventry and a work from home day. The role is paying £50,000 + (no car) + 15% bonus and mileage paid per mile.

The Role

Reporting into the Senior HR Business Partner and working in a team of Regional HR Business Partners you will use your fantastic business partnering and communication skills to work with a range of stakeholders within their Construction division in an autonomous role. Key areas include employee relations (30%), talent & succession planning, performance management, employee engagement, resourcing, organisational development and change management all aligning to strategic objectives.

From the offset you will be motivated to get to know the business area quickly; partnering business managers in order to provide expert advice and guidance to managers on HR initiatives, always striving to deliver a team based high performance culture. We are looking for a HR professional who can adapt their style as each site is at different stages.

This role will involve juggling multiple tasks and leading on various projects including a system implementation, a cultural change programme, apprenticeships and graduates, supporting recruitment with the employee value proposition, reward & benefits

This role will lead on multiple proactive projects with the support of the Senior HR Business Partner and HR Director.
